Walk and Enjoy
Let love be the heart of who you are

Phew

Month end has been and gone, leading towards it was completely bonkers. It's the day when my team and I start as early as five in the morning. Scurrying through the darkness to get changed, trying not to wake the whole household, braving the cold and chilly air,not even my dog would dare to come out of his kennel. Ahhh...I'm glad it's over, for now. What I truly miss is reading all your beautiful posts which I seem to have missed this week. How I wish I could upload more posts as I feel left out. And I would love to join in those interesting blog parties. But I can't seem to find time to do it properly.
When I got home this afternoon, I only had enough daylight to enjoy a cuppa by the pergola. I enjoyed the soft light and took some photos with Junior waiting impatiently to be taken for a walk. I also included a snippet of what's taking shape in our garden. Hope you are all having a good week my dear friends. Thank you for stopping by and leaving a kind and sweet comment. I will try to visit soon.

Take care and God bless.

I will be joining Sandi @ Rose Chintz Cottage
And Catherine @ The Dedicated House

  3. Hi Aida,

What a sweet scene in your bright and pretty garden! Taking tea by the daffodils and anemones sounds lovely! That bold tea cozy is a perfect punch of red; I almost thought it was a flower for a second, there!

Have a lovely weekend, my friend!

  6. The red tea cozy looks so pretty on the table, a real high light. Funny to see spring flowers as we have mid summer and it is unusually hot. It does feel good to have a "hairy friend" around us, dogs are lovely.

  7. Oh, look at that red tea warmer, how cozy. It sounds like you are having a busy summer. I love your garden flowers, and the little frog is too cute. Flowers are the magic in our lives. It's always so nice coming over here and visiting.

Have a wonderful weekend. I was wondering, is Tassell what everyone calls you? What a unique and lovely name.

  9. I just caught up with all of your wonderful posts, dear Aida! What lovely, lovely photos....those strawberries....the darling gnome!
Yes, indeed, your Spring is right around the corner, and I love seeing your gorgeous bulb flowers....makes me want Spring here all over again... :)
    Enjoy the weekend!!
So wonderful to see your message....and polenta is very comforting....I think you have "instant polenta" on your grocery shelves. That is what was in the DH recipe, so I assume it's readily available where you are. That is what I would use (I couldn't find it here). It will cook so much faster....
