Roses are red.........

After few days of rain our garden has never looked happier and greener.

Some of the roses are just a tad looking worse for wear.

So I cut a bunch and try to create a Rose Vignette. I put some in this milk jug-as you can see the petals are bruised. I guess due to too much rain.

This vase is a present from my daughter when she came back from her Europe trip. She purchased it from an antique store somewhere in Malmo, Sweden.

I picked a bunch of Mr Lincoln (red ones) which I've given to my mother in law.
The buttons are my daughter's collection. I put them in an apothecary jar and add a couple of rose buds.

As a candle holder.

Did someone notice the tiny snail?

One way to relax after a day's work is sipping a cup of Australian afternoon tea by Twinings. Which was developed by none other than former Prime Minister Kevin Rudd. His award winning concoction has been tea tasted to perfection by members of his department, family and even his household pets. And would you believe that it is almost a year since this new Australian tea hit the shelves? To celebrate the one year anniversary there's a limited edition packs available only @ Coles. With a $1 donation to RSPCA. HAPPY SIPPING!!
